King Cobra

King Cobra — The Snake Head Lure Hate watching bass ignore your boring bait? The King Cobra slithers across the surface with the swagger of a buzz bait and the cunning of a hollow-body frog — basically, it's a predator in costume. Perfect for anglers who want bold topwater action without giving up the stealth of a hollow lure. Who it’s for: Weekend warriors, tournament-minded anglers, and anyone who thinks "safe" fishing is overrated. Built for AXG Life — Life, Adventure-Ready. Key Features & Design Snake-head profile: Unique shape that runs on top of the water like a buzz bait while looking believable to predators. Hollow body construction: Keeps buoyancy high and strike visibility loud—fish feel the presence, you see the splash. Versatile action: Works with short burst, stop-and-go retrieves or a fast steady retrieve to quickly cover water. Designed for heavy cover: Cast into deep vegetation and let the King Cobra do the stealth work — then let chaos ensue. Performance & Benefits This lure blends surface commotion with hollow-body advantages so you get the best of both worlds: loud topwater attraction without sacrificing subtle concealment. Use short, aggressive twitches to imitate a fleeing frog or snake and provoke explosive strikes. Want to canvass the lake? Crank it fast and search like you mean it. Either way, you’re turning stuck weekends into hero stories. Why it matters: Solid topwater presence plus the lightness and realistic profile of a hollow lure means more hookups in heavy cover and open water alike. Built for midnight trail runs and questionable decisions — only on the water, though. How to fish it Short burst + pause = explosive surface strikes. Fast retrieve = covers water fast when fish are scattered. Cast into vegetation and let the hollow body sit high until the action starts. Ready to stop watching and start catching? Toss the King Cobra in your tackle box, make the first splash, and add a better fish story to your AXG Life. Add to cart and let the water tell the rest.
