Adinkra literally means “name-calling”. Today, most digital and traditional African print textiles still carry these symbols in their contemporary form. This traditional art form inspires us in every design and collection.  --- Queen studied at Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MASSART) worked for years in the Entrepreneurship and sustainability industry, until she finally brought her vision of Queen Adeline to life. Fair wages and work environment in both the US and Ghana. 100% wax cotton print textiles and other biodegradable fibres. Handmade, well-made, slow fashion for long-lasting pieces. We do not follow the cyclical fashion season. We only make things when needed. Minimal packaging to help reduce our carbon footprint.
