Kill The Lights Gritti - Perfume Sample (Authentic Decant)

Kill The Lights by Gritti – Perfume Sample (Authentic Decant) Dark, smoky, and unapologetically bold, Kill The Lights by Gritti is a leather fragrance for women and men that explores the raw, rebellious side of modern perfumery. Launched in 2023 and created by perfumer Luca Gritti, this distinctive unisex composition blends aromatic herbs, rugged leather, smoky woods, and resinous nuances into a fragrance with an intense and commanding personality. The scent opens with an intriguing combination of davana, artemisia, and juniper. Davana introduces a warm, slightly fruity richness, while artemisia adds an herbal edge and juniper brings a crisp aromatic freshness. Together, they create an unconventional opening that immediately sets the stage for the darker leather notes to follow. As the fragrance develops, leather takes center stage, joined by dry hay and the lively spice of pink pepper. The leather accord gives Kill The Lights its unmistakable character, while hay adds an earthy, sun-dried quality and pink pepper provides a subtle spark that keeps the composition dynamic. The dry down becomes deeper and smokier with birch tar, mastic (lentisque), and guaiac wood. Birch tar intensifies the dark leather impression with its smoky character, while mastic contributes a resinous warmth and guaiac wood creates a rich, woody foundation that lingers on the skin. Kill The Lights is an excellent choice for lovers of dark leather, smoky woody, and aromatic fragrances who appreciate compositions with a bold and unconventional personality. Its rugged warmth makes it especially appealing for evenings, cooler weather, or anytime you want a fragrance with presence and attitude.
