Fully Charged Voltage 4.20 V ± 0.05 V Standard for Li-ion (CC/CV charging)  Cutoff / Minimum Safe Voltage ~ 2.7 V to 2.75 V Many protected cells will cut off around this level to avoid damage.  Capacity 700 mAh (typical) This is your stated rating. Some cells claim higher, but 700 mAh is common.  Energy ≈ 2.59 Wh 3.7 V × 0.700 Ah = 2.59 Wh.  Max / Pulse Discharge Current ~ 2 A (pulse) Many cells in this capacity range are limited in discharge current.  Standard Charging Current ~ 0.2C to 0.3C (≈ 140 mA) For safe, long-life charging. Max Charging Current Up to 700 mA (some spec) But pushing max charge current stresses the cell and shortens life. Dimensions (Unprotected / Standard) Diameter: ~ 16.0 – 16.5 mm Length (height): ~ 34.0 mm “16340” denotes ~16 mm diameter, ~34 mm length. Dimensions (Protected versions) Diameter: ~ 16.5 – 17.0 mm Length: 35 – 36 mm (sometimes) The protection circuit and tube sleeves add a bit of size.
