Kenwood KFC-X183C

Kenwood KFC-X183C eXcelon Series 7" Oversized 2-Way Custom Fit Speakers The Kenwood KFC-X183C is a premium 7" oversized 2-way speaker system from the renowned eXcelon series, designed to deliver a massive sound upgrade over standard factory speakers. These speakers feature an oversized diaphragm that is 28% larger than conventional 6-1/2" models, moving more air to provide the fullness and punch often missing from factory audio. With included multi-fit brackets, they are engineered for a seamless, "drop-in" installation in many Dodge, GM, Toyota, and Chevrolet vehicles. Elite Performance Features Oversized Carbon-Polypropylene Woofer: The 7" cone is constructed from a carbon-injected polypropylene hybrid with a Diamond Array Pattern, which increases cone strength and reduces distortion for tighter, more dynamic bass. 1" Silk Soft Dome Tweeter: Equipped with powerful neodymium magnets, these silk dome tweeters reproduce high frequencies with smooth, natural detail without sounding harsh. Acoustic Sound Harmonizer: The design includes specialized magnetic circuitry to ensure the tweeter and woofer blend seamlessly, creating a balanced and accurate soundstage. Custom Fit Engineering: Comes with two sets of specialized brackets: one for 6x9" locations (perfect for Dodge/Ram) and a multi-purpose bracket that can be modified for various GM and Toyota applications. Durable Butyl Rubber Surround: This high-quality surround material is resistant to heat and moisture, ensuring your speakers maintain peak performance for years in the harsh automotive environment. Hi-Res Audio Compatibility: Designed to deliver exceptional audio reproduction across a wide frequency range, making it a true audiophile-grade upgrade. What’s in the Box?
