Kenton Farms House Plan

The inviting, classic charm of a wraparound front porch is where the beauty of Kenton Farms begins. Arches, columns and ceiling treatments define the living space with style and comfort throughout the plan. Multi-pane and specialty windows are strategically placed for the utmost in dramatic effects. Enter into your two-story cove-lit foyer to observe the wide, open living spaces that make this home appear to be twice its size, inside and out. The Kenton Farms plan boasts a substantial leisure room with three sets of French doors opening to the back porch. The cozy fireplace heats up no only the leisure room but also the breakfast nook and open kitchen. Maintain privacy while enjoying the ease of movement to serve guests in the elegant dining room through a double-action kitchen door. This is just one of the kitchen's vast amenities. There is a large walk in pantry for all of those small appliances, canned goods and dry goods. The pass thru from the kitchen to the breakfast nook gives the open concept feel to the entire area. The master suite of the Kenton Farms plan features its own private deck. The master bedroom features a tray ceiling, and French doors leading to the rear deck. Walk-in closets, a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower with shampoo niche, and separate vanities help comprise the master bath. A full bath with separate vanities serves secret passage to two upstairs bedrooms. Ideal for a traditional neighborhood design, the Kenton Farms plan accommodates a rear entry garage. Above the garage is an optional bonus room. The Kenton Farms has 3252 square feet of living area, and has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The plan comes designed with a crawlspace foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
