Kennedy House Plan

Expand your living space outward with an inviting wraparound porch and multi-level rear patios. This extends the living area of the Kennedy plan, a traditional farm home. A quiet study that features pocket doors, built-ins and a tray ceiling opens from the front entry. A big, welcoming great room - with multiple sets of French doors - features built-ins and open access to the kitchen and nook. Double doors access the master retreat, which also reveals a private study. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms, each with large baths and walk-in closets, adjoin to a spacious bonus room. Charming details in the casual living space include a wet bar, fireplace, built-ins and multiple French doors. A gourmet kitchen with a food-preparation island serves the formal dining room. Bay windows brighten the breakfast nook and provide the open concept feel to the kitchen and great room of the lovely Kennedy plan. The master suite of the Kennedy plan provides outdoor views through the bay windows in the master bedroom. Two walk-in closets frame a spacious dressing area and announce a lavish master bath with separate vanities and a garden tub. The upper level of the Kennedy plan boasts a catwalk that overlooks the leisure room and the entry and connects the two secondary suites that feature tray ceilings and corners of glass. Upstairs bedrooms feature walk-in closets, spacious baths and individual access to the upper deck. The utility room opens out to the two bay garage. A bonus room above the garage is ideal for a recreation room. The Kennedy house plan has 3028 square feet of living area, and the plan has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. There is a bonus room that will add 427 sq. ft. as an optional area. This plan comes with a crawlspace foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
