Kendric House Plan

Our Kendric is a luxury, Mediterranean home plan. It features 1647 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This floor plan is available with a slab/stem wall foundation. Mediterranean house plans are a great place to begin searching for the ideal home to build. The Kendric stands at the head of the crowd. A covered entry welcomes your family and guests alike. The Kendric floor plan is based around the great room at the very center. It creates a central hub of activity for the family. This maintains interaction and easy mobility to the kitchen, breakfast nook and formal dining room. Kendric is an open and airy layout. Wisely using space, Kendric seems larger than its small size. To the left side of the design, two guest bedrooms and a study share a hall bath. The master retreat is secluded to the opposite side for privacy. It features a luxurious bathroom and sliding glass door access to the covered lanai. The lanai boasts a vaulted ceiling. It also has access to the home's hall bath, making it perfect for a pool addition. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
