Easy Does It Unisex High Performance | Unisex Crew tee

"I love the color and feel!" - Jamie  Under the radar "Easy Does It".   Beautiful campfire vibes.    "Easy Does It" is a foundational recovery slogan, commonly used in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA, Alanon, ACA, NA) and other 12-step programs, that advises a measured, patient, and gentle approach to sobriety. It serves as a reminder to avoid overexertion, curb impulsive behaviors, and handle the stresses of early recovery calmly, rather than rushing through the process. Core Meanings and Philosophy: Patience and Pace: It encourages taking recovery one day at a time, recognizing that healing is a gradual journey, not a fast-paced sprint. Emotional and Physical Moderation: The slogan promotes finding balance to avoid becoming "hungry, angry, lonely, or tired" (HALT), which can lead to relapse. Self-Compassion: It is a reminder to be kind to oneself, reducing self-judgment and allowing time to heal rather than trying to force solutions through sheer willpower. Letting Go of Control: It advises stepping back from trying to manage or fix every situation, especially those outside one's control. Lighten Up: It suggests reducing stress by not taking life too seriously and finding balance between working hard and allowing. Usage in Daily Recovery: When Overwhelmed: "Easy does it" is used to halt a frantic, "human doing" mindset, allowing for a calmer, "human being" state. When Facing Hardship: It helps members stop trying to "bull through" crises, encouraging a pause to ask for help or rely on a higher power. A "Step" Alternative: Our new high performance tee feels super soft, smooth, and silky with 30+ SPF for sun protection This tee is semi-synthetic fabric that is highly absorbent and moisture-wicking that holds up in the wash. "Keep It Simple" is a 12-step recovery slogan reminding individuals to avoid overcomplicating early sobriety by focusing solely on basic, actionable steps rather than getting overwhelmed by past, future, or complex problems.     Key Meanings in Recovery Avoid Overthinking: It acts as a mental reset to curb anxiety, over-analysis, and trying to fix everything at once. Focus on the Basics: It reduces recovery to fundamental actions: attending meetings, reaching out to sponsors, and staying sober "just for today". Reduce Stress: It encourages dealing with issues one at a time, preventing small hurdles from turning into crises.  It emphasizes focusing on immediate sobriety (e.g., attending meetings, one day at a time) over perfection.
