YOUTH-SIZED WOOL BALLCAP HONORING THE 1961 KANSAS CITY KATZ History: People of a certain age who grew up in Kansas City will remember the famous Katz Drugstore chain. Not only did Katz sell everything from medicine to fishing lures, they sponsored a team in the amateur Ban Johnson Baseball League, resulting in one of the most distinctive caps we have ever seen. Designed to fit smaller heads, this ballcap was hand-sewn from genuine wool baseball cloth and finished with a felt patch of the 1961 Kansas City Katz logo and a classic velcro closure at the back. This hat was also designed with a counterpart — a full-sized version that combines with this one to form a matching duo.
