Kask Valegro Helmet

The Kask Valegro Helmet is a lightweight and protective helmet that is perfect for the hottest days on the road. This helmet is the choice of Team Sky on the hottest days of the Tour de France. Weighing in at just 180 grams with 37 vents, this helmet is one of your best options for long climbs or summer rides. The Kask Valegro feels like you have nothing on your head but still provides the best protection in the event of a crash. With 40 grams of weight savings compared to the mojito as well as a 70 percent reduction in head to pad contact. Inside the helmet, you will find a fast wicking internal lining that will keep you dry on the most sweat-inducing climbs. To secure your helmet, you will find an eco-leather chinstrap which offers comfortable and tight fastening. The rubber micro-dial is there to help you fine-tune your helmet to the perfect fit. As far as protection goes, the Kask Valegro is top of the line. Dual in-mold EPS construction absorbs the shock from crashes at all angles and accounts for rotational energy. This technology is also used to join the inner polystyrene cap with the outer layer of polycarbonate to make a strong shell for your safety. A helmet that is good enough for Team Sky on the hottest days should be at the top of your list for lightweight summer riding.
