Kari Leaf Chile Crisp

Superkhana International is inspired by the flavors of India, incorporating influences of the flavors of just about everywhere else. After five years of pop-up dinners and farmer’s markets, Superkhana International was created by co-chefs Zeeshan Shah and Yoshi Yamada to share a unique and contemporary take on traditional Indian flavors. Kari leaf, more commonly referred to as the curry leaf, is grown from the Murraya koenigii tree, native to India. It boasts a nutty and citrusy flavor profile.
