The side-impact protection bars are bonded inside the door shell using structural adhesive and secured with OEM-spec hardware. Precision robot-cut interior panel openings ensure that all OEM mechanisms — window regulators, locks, rubbers, and trim — fit and operate correctly. Every door is designed to accept all genuine anchors and fittings from the OEM unit, so the installation retains full factory functionality. Each door is manufactured in Spain at Karbonius' facility under ISO 9001 quality management standards, individually numbered for authenticity.
