TriRig Kappa Saddle Cage

The TriRig Kappa Saddle Cage is engineered specifically to deliver exceptional bottle security and reliability in rear-mounted hydration setups—one of the most demanding locations for bottle retention in triathlon and long-distance cycling. Building on the proven strength of the original Kappa Cage, this saddle-mounted version inverts the geometry to optimize grip, accessibility, and stability when bottles are positioned behind the rider. The standout feature is its reoriented retention tab, now split across the end of each wing to ensure bottles remain firmly locked in place even over rough roads, fast descents, and high-torque transitions. Thickened sidewalls and a fully solid, cutout-free structure maximize strength and stiffness, preventing flex that could compromise security. The outcome is a cage that eliminates the need for straps, cords, or makeshift solutions—offering pure, uncompromising retention. Designed with practical mounting in mind, the Kappa Saddle Cage includes integrated zip-tie slots for clean, secure attachment to a wide variety of saddle-mounted hydration carriers. From Iron-distance racing to daily training, it provides reliable access to hydration without the risk of bottle ejection.
