Kapha Spritzer

Comprised of the earth & water elements, when out of balance people of kapha dosha are prone to lethargy, sadness & attachment. Use this botanical blend to let go, uplift & elevate your entire being. KEY INGREDIENTS: Bergamot Add some brightness & joy into your day with this citrus fruit! Bergamot is native to Bergamo, Italy; hence, how it got its name. Although inedible, the rind of this small, green fruit produces a lustrous oil that we can all use to uplift the senses. Bergamot counteracts depression & melancholy, both symptoms of excess kapha dosha.  Juniper Berry Alleviate stagnation & cultivate creativity with this stimulating essential oil. Juniper berry is known to purify the air, detoxify various systems of the body, clear the respiratory channel & reduce water retention. We love it for its warming, woody, spicy aroma which awakens the heavy quality of kapha dosha.
