This IPA cask—originally an ex–bourbon cask used to age Kanosuke single malt whisky—was given to Tokushima craft brewery Rise & Win, where it was used to rest one of their IPAs for roughly three months. The result is a perfect marriage of bright, citrusy hops and Kanosuke’s bold signature malt.
