Most customers can expect the full setup to take about 30 - 45 minutes, mainly because the machine is heavy and needs proper leveling. You will need two adults to safely move the machine, lift it upright, and make final adjustments such as leveling and positioning the punching bag. Once unpacked and raised into position, the assembly steps are simple and mostly involve putting the machine in place, adjusting its balance, and confirming the punching bag is aligned correctly. General Assembly Steps Unpack the machine from the shipping crate The Boxer Fire arrives mostly assembled. Remove the packaging, cardboard, and pallet supports. Two people are required due to the machine’s 276 lb weight. Move the machine to its final location The Boxer Fire ships upright but can be tilted and rolled on its rear wheels once unboxed. Position it vertically in the spot where you plan to operate it. Level the base Use the adjustable leveling legs under the base to make sure the machine is stable and doesn’t wobble. A level surface helps the sensor system function properly. Connect to power Plug the machine into a standard grounded power outlet. Once powered, the system boots automatically and is ready for basic testing. Check punching bag alignment Lower the punching bag using the Start button, confirm it isn’t rotating, and tighten the top nut if necessary. This ensures accurate scoring and safe use. Final checks Make sure the arm protector is positioned correctly, the display lights power on, and both buttons (START and SELECT GAME) respond.
