Kaleidoscope Fabric Collection - Flight Dark Blue/Multi

Bright wings glow against deep blue, creating a print that feels bold, magical, and full of motion. Flight Dark Blue/Multi scatters richly colored butterflies across a saturated blue background, giving the yellows, aquas, pinks, greens, and purples a brilliant jewel-box effect. The darker ground adds drama and contrast, making this a wonderful focal print for quilts, runners, bags, borders, and statement décor accents. Mix it with sunny yellows, electric limes, or crisp white coordinates for a lively balance that keeps the whole project buzzing with energy. Each butterfly seems to celebrate a different stage of the creative process, from the first idea to the final proud stitch. Like every sewing journey, this design reminds us that transformation is only the beginning—the real joy comes when you spread your wings and see where your imagination can go. For best results: Machine wash cold with like colors using mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry. *Although we do our best to ensure color accuracy in our fabric images, please note that your screen may produce small variances in color, shade, or hue. Please Note: Fabric is priced by the yard and sold in ¼ yard increments. Let your creativity take flight with the Kaleidoscope Fabric Collection from Colourwerx for Benartex, a bright, modern celebration of butterflies, movement, and every color in the rainbow. This collection feels like opening a box of sunshine—vivid wings, rippling stripes, and lively metamorphosis-inspired prints all dancing together in one happy fabric story. Just like a butterfly emerges from its cocoon, each fabric in the collection builds on the last, creating something more vibrant and expressive with every step. In many ways, it reflects a sewist’s journey too. What begins as simple stitches and learning curves evolves into confidence, creativity, and a unique personal style. With every project, you grow, experiment, and transform—until one day, you’re creating something as bold and beautiful as the fabrics themselves. Each print is made from 100% cotton and measures approximately 44" wide, making Kaleidoscope a wonderful choice for quilts, table runners, pillows, wall hangings, bags, children’s projects, and any sewing project that could use a splash of fearless color. The butterfly prints soar across crisp white and rich dark blue backgrounds, while the coordinating Kaleidoscope, Flutter, Ripple, Flight, and Metamorphosis designs bring in electric pinks, citrus yellows, turquoise blues, lime greens, oranges, purples, and jewel-toned accents that mix beautifully across the full collection. To help you start stitching right away, Linda and Carl Sullivan with Colourwerx have generously provided two free downloadable patterns.
