We have most parts in stock despite most saying out of stock.   Email kaleidoroasters@espressooutlet.com WITH your order number from www.kaleidoroasters.com so that we can ensure you are receiving the correct part compatible with your model of machine.   We do not provide after support for Amazon purchases as they are an international vendor not associated with our company. Keep your Kaleido M10 Coffee Roaster running with a replacement Kaleido M10 Carbon Fiber Heating Element NOTE: remove the rear cover of your roaster to confirm element wattage prior to purchase.  We do not allow elements to be returned.   Also note two elements are typically one wattage, and the third element is a smaller wattage.  Verify wattage before purchase.  Ensure you select the correct voltage/wattage combination.
