Kala Namak

A go-to salt for Vegans looking to achieve that “eggy” flavor. It turns tofu into the flavor of hard-cooked eggs. Magical! Plus, it delivers a needed supply of minerals and iron. Kala Namak also adds an incredible layer of flavor to vegetable, noodle and rice dishes. A must masalas. A delicious addition to curries, chutneys and raitas. Or just use it to make delicious savory snacks! Kala Namak Himalayan Salt aka India Black Salt is made by heating Himalayan Salt and Iron to create this mineral-rich salt.
