K2 Men's Hypnotist Snowboard 2027

The internal team at K2 Snowboarding has been dreaming of the hypnotist for a few years, and there is no better time than the present to release our baby. This all-new premium freestyle snowboard is built for the more advanced to expert snowboarder, transitions, on hips, and on medium to large terrain park features.  We leaned on our trusty tri-blend BAP core as the foundation for the Hypnotist. We’ve added our Carbon DarkWeb™ to speed up transitions from edge to edge, and our new tip-to-tail Carbon Backbone™ to increase snap.  To help you spin that extra 180 degrees, reduce swingweight, and decrease chatter in the tip and tail, we’ve replaced the tip and tail of the core with our SpaceGlass™ construction, lighter and harder than wood, SpaceGlass™ puts the Hypnotist in a league all of it’s own. We finish it all off with a wax-infused 4001 Sintered Base from Crown - the hardest, fastest, base material that they offer. Wax Infused Sintered 4001 Base Built using the hardest and fastest Sintered base material on the market from Crown, the Wax-Infused Sintered 4001 holds wax longer than other Sintered bases for a smoother glide, longer. BAP Core A tri-blend wood core harnesses the rebound, strength, and feel of sustainably harvested Bamboo, Aspen, and Paulownia timber species. SpaceGlass™ An American made Aerospace grade precure fiberglass core insert used to provide unmatched structural performance at reduced weight. SpaceGlass™ inserts increase edge hold along contact points, reduce chatter, and provide unequaled durability. A fiberglass weave intersecting at three angles provides extra torsional stiffness and overall strength. Carbon DarkWeb™ Carbon stringers extend at 45º angles from the inserts in an “X” pattern, adding responsiveness and stability at all speeds. Carbon Backbone™ A pre-cambered carbon inlay centered between the inserts specifically designed to add snap and pop to every ollie and takeoff. Hybritech™ Construction Backed by years of rigorous testing, Hybritech™ is the lightest weight, most durable snowboard construction on the market. Removing all excess sidewall material in the tip and tail and adding a 3D capped edge to increase the bond strength of the fiberglass and decrease the swing weight of the board is what makes Hybritech™ so revolutionary.
