#5 (Medium Neutral Brown) K-Tip Hair Extensions for Keratin Fusion Installation

For stylists doing professional keratin fusion installation, #5 (Medium Neutral Brown) is a go-to. Every strand is flat-tipped and heat-fused into place with a professional bonding tool, distinct from the bead-and-microlink method used for I-Tip. On the head, #5 reads as a true medium neutral brown that bridges #4 and #6 with no added warmth. Some shades whisper. #5 doesn't. A true medium neutral brown that bridges #4 and #6 with no added warmth, the kind of color a client can't help but run her hands through in the mirror. This is the install a stylist builds a reputation on. Our Promise We use cuticle-intact Remy hair, never acid-stripped, silicone-free to keep every strand soft and reflective wash after wash. Double-drawn construction means thick, full ends rather than the wispy taper of lower-grade extensions. Applied and removed correctly by a professional, K-Tip extensions are considered safe, with a secure keratin bond that holds up to normal styling. Does heat styling affect the K-Tip bond? Normal heat styling is fine with a heat protectant. Avoid direct heat right at the bond itself, since repeated high heat can soften the keratin over time. Can #5 K-Tip extensions be reused? Yes. With professional removal and re-bonding, #5 can typically be reinstalled across multiple wear cycles, especially since the hair is 100% Remy. Should I color #5 after it's installed? Color-match beforehand rather than after. Toning or dyeing post-installation can compromise the keratin bond, so #5 is built to be chosen as the final shade, not adjusted later. What does the #5 (Medium Neutral Brown) shade look like? #5 is a true medium neutral brown that bridges #4 and #6 with no added warmth. It works best for clients whose natural base falls between chocolate and medium brown and needs a precise, neutral mid-tone match.
