K.D.'s Journey

“K.D.’s Journey” is a heartfelt story about Kira’s love for her Grandpa. Kira’s Drawing, K.D. for short, was a special gift she made just for him. But when her beloved Grandpa passes away soon after, K.D. is left behind, forgotten and alone. One day, Kira rediscovers the drawing and sets out on a touching mission: to send K.D. to the clouds, to be with Grandpa once more. Through joyful attempts and heartbreaking setbacks, K.D. learns what it means to love, to grieve, and to hope. Can this small drawing find her way to the sky and fulfill her purpose? Brimming with imagination and heart, “K.D.’s Journey” gently explores loss, healing, and the power of persistence. A perfect read for children and families who believe love can travel any distance.
