JWST Clock

This clock is an ode to curiosity—to science, patience, and the extraordinary human effort behind the James Webb Space Telescope. The JWST is not just an instrument; it’s a quiet, decades-long commitment to asking better questions about our universe. Designed, built, tested, folded, launched, and unfolded with breathtaking precision, it represents one of humanity’s most ambitious feats of engineering and scientific collaboration. This clock draws inspiration from that spirit. Its form echoes the layered geometry and quiet symmetry of the telescope itself—structured, intentional, and purpose-built. Rather than shouting for attention, it invites closer looking. Time passes here not as a rush, but as a steady, measured progression—mirroring the way scientific discovery unfolds over years, not moments. Designed as a reminder that progress is often invisible at first, that wonder is worth the wait, and that looking deeper—whether into space or into our own work—matters. Made in small batches, this clock sits at the intersection of art and science: a functional object shaped by admiration for one of the most remarkable tools ever built. 10" x 10 x 1"
