Jwala Masala - Extra Hot Curry Mustard (9oz)

Ava Masala just earned its black belt. Jwala Masala takes those freshly toasted curry spices and zesty mustard from Ava Masala and sets them ablaze with a 9/10 superhot trio. Same aromatic garam masala depth. Same sharp mustard cut. Same 4-in-1 versatility (sauce, marinade, ingredient, dip), but now with Ghost, Trinidad Scorpion, and Carolina Reaper peppers that deliver the serious heat curry lovers have been requesting. Here's why this works: curry spices are built for heat. The warm, complex aromatics of turmeric, coriander, cumin, and garam masala don't just survive the superhot peppers, they thrive alongside them. The mustard's tang cuts through the fire, creating moments of brightness between waves of burn. This is how curry should taste when it's actually spicy. Perfect for: Curry up your favorite soups and stews Marinades for tandoori-style grilling (chicken, lamb, paneer) Stir-fries that need a wake-up call Burgers and sandwiches for the brave Mixing into mayo or yogurt for a fiery dipping sauce The super-hot peppers add a fruity complexity that plays surprisingly well with curry spices, think of it as taking traditional heat up several levels without losing the soul of the dish. Hot sauce veterans call the original Ava Masala "one of the best ever". Jwala Masala is for those same people who've been saving their nickels and wishing for more fire! Prefer the flavor without the fury? Start with Ava Masala at 6/10 heat. Refrigerate after opening.
