The Monumental Wisconsin Cheese Collection

The Definitive Gathering: The Monumental Standard Original gear for the forest, the field, and the journey home. When we call a collection "Monumental," it isn't just about the scale—it’s about the disciplined craftsmanship of every individual block. This is the "just about everything box," curated to be the centerpiece of a significant gathering or a comprehensive tasting journey through the Dairy State. The Selection: Art You Can Eat At Kempain Family Outfitters, we prioritize independent makers who value quality over mass-market volume. We selected this expansive collection because it represents the highest Mercantile standards—a complete journey from fresh, squeaky curds to the complex, crystalline depth of a 15-year-aged Wisconsin Cheddar. "I have to be honest, I was initially drawn to the Cheese Brothers because I loved the design of the packaging," says Jordan. "As a designer, the label on the cheese is art I cannot ignore. But as I learned the story of the brothers and the small-batch nature of the workshop compared to the 'monster cheese companies' out there, I realized I’d found a product that truly deserved a place in our Mercantile. This collection is a charcuterie board party pack dream—it’s the ultimate provision for any upcoming gathering".
