JUNIPER BERRIES

Juniper berries are classified in the culinary herb/spice category because they are commonly used as a flavoring for drinks and in cooking and preserving foods. it is also considered an herbal bitter and is thought to help promote digestion. Ingredients: Organic dried juniper berries. Brewing Instructions: Add 1 tsp. and pour over 8 oz. of boiling water, cover and steep for 10 - 15 minutes. For the best flavor, use fresh water whenever possible. And don’t forget to re-steep your tea leaves / berries to get the most out of your leaf! Tea amounts can be adjusted if you need it a little stronger or a bit lighter. If desired add honey and/or lemon to suit taste.    Shipping and delivery notes: We deliver fresh!!! Each order is packaged fresh right before it is shipped.
