Junior Training System

Speed is the number one skill that junior golfers need to develop. As we develop as human being we go through specific windows of trainability where we can max out different aspects of our physicality. Once these speed windows pass, that speed is gone forever. Maximizing speed training throughout development will give every player the opportunity to play golf with elite level speed. Our junior training products are the best way for junior golfers of all ages to train speed. These products are coupled with our Overspeed training programs and work with our PRGR Launch Monitors. All SuperSpeed Golf Training Systems include lifetime access to our Free Mobile App for IOS and Android which includes access to our Level 1 Training Protocol and ability to track your speed training gains.
