Follow these simple steps to adjust your Freedom Strength Jump Rope to the perfect length for your height and training style.   Step 1: Find Your Ideal Rope Length A properly sized jump rope should reach about chest height when standing on the middle of the rope with both feet. Use the guide below to determine your starting length: ✅ Beginner Fit (Longer Rope, Easier to Control): Handles should reach just below your shoulders when stepping on the rope. ✅ Standard Fit (Best for Most Users): Handles should reach mid-chest when standing on the rope. ✅ Advanced Fit (Shorter Rope, Faster Rotations): Handles should reach just below your chest for high-speed jumping. Step 2: Adjust the Rope Length Step on the Middle of the Rope – Hold both handles evenly and pull them up to measure against your body. Loosen the Adjustable End – Locate the plastic cap in the end of the handle. Slide the Rope to Your Desired Length – Adjust the length based on the height guide above. Secure & Trim Excess Rope (If Needed) – Once you find the perfect length, tighten the adjustment mechanism and trim any extra rope for a clean finish. Step 3: Test Your Rope Perform a few slow practice jumps to ensure the rope clears smoothly under your feet. If the rope feels too long (hitting the ground too much), shorten it slightly. If it feels too short (catching under your feet), lengthen it a bit. 💪 Pro Tip: A shorter rope allows for faster rotations, making it great for advanced users, while a longer rope is easier to control for beginners. Now you’re ready to jump with confidence! Pair your Freedom Strength Jump Rope with sandbag training for a complete strength and conditioning workout. 🚀
