JUKI Thread Take-Up Spring (A) for DNU & LU Industrial | #B3128051000

The JUKI Thread Take-Up Spring (A), part number B3128-051-000, is a precision tension component that lives inside the take-up mechanism of JUKI industrial sewing machines. Its job is to regulate thread tension as the take-up lever cycles through each stitch, keeping consistent pull on the upper thread so seams form cleanly without skipping or thread breakage. These springs are a normal wear item in high-volume production environments and replacing them promptly restores the smooth, controlled tension that industrial walking-foot and double-needle machines depend on. This spring fits the JUKI DNU-1541 series of industrial walking-foot machines (including the DNU-1541, DNU-1541S, and DNU-1541-7 variants) and the JUKI LU-series unison-feed lockstitch machines, specifically the LU-563 and LU-1560N family (LU-1560N and LU-1560N-7) -- six proven models across these two core JUKI industrial walking-foot lines. Available individually or in a 3-pack (also sold as B3128-051-000); weight approximately 0.1 lbs. Full compatibility: Confirmed fitment - Juki: LU 563, 1560N, 1560N-7; DNU 1541, 1541-7, 1541S.
