Judo Coastal Series

The Judo Salt is a purpose-built, single jointed hard bait engineered for the relentless pursuit of inshore predators. Designed in two specialized versions, Topwater and Subsurface, the Judo Salt delivers unmatched realism, balance, and flow for species like speckled trout, redfish, and snook. Whether you are working grass edges, shallow shell beds, or open sand flats, the Judo Salt moves with an effortless, rhythmic chop that mimics real coastal baitfish and convinces fish to commit. Design & Action The Judo Salt features a bold, full profile front half that tapers into a sleek, curved rear section and brush style tail. This shape gives it a compact yet full bodied look in the water, moving naturally through the feeding zone with fluid control and stability. The Subsurface model is tuned for a tight “walk the dog” action just below the surface, perfect for when fish are tracking but not fully committing to topwaters. The Topwater model slashes and glides with a smooth, choppy cadence, ideal for calling fish up in calm or lightly rippled conditions. Both versions maintain balance through current and wind chop, keeping a consistent, natural action even when conditions turn tough. Why It Works The Judo Salt’s hydrodynamic body and brush style tail create subtle turbulence that feels alive in the water, replicating the unpredictable movements of mullet, menhaden, or scaled sardines. Its single jointed design produces a realistic chop and sway, while precision weighting keeps the bait level whether paused, twitched, or reeled steady. With lifelike 3D detailing, textured scales, and natural or high flash coastal colorways, the Judo Salt is built to perform and endure in any saltwater environment. How to Fish It Walk and Glide: Work short downward twitches to create a rhythmic walk just under or on the surface. Burn and Pause: Speed it up and then pause to imitate a fleeing baitfish, perfect for redfish or snook. Slow Roll: Maintain a steady retrieve over grass or shell to keep the bait in the feeding zone longer. Surface Slash (Topwater): Use sharp rod twitches to make the bait dart for explosive eats. No matter the conditions, the Judo Salt gives you the control, realism, and adaptability to stay in the zone and trigger reactions when it matters most.
