JSE Alignment Cams

The JSE Alignment Lockout Kit replaces the weak factory banana-style alignment cam setup found on GM trucks. Unlike other aftermarket solutions that still rely on the same basic cam style adjustment design, the JSE kit uses CNC machined 4140 lock plates that locate off the factory frame hole and physically capture the adjustment washer. The washers are also CNC machined for precise fitment and engagement. Once the alignment is set, the lock plate positively locks the adjustment in place. Installation requires drilling the factory indexing hole in the frame to 3/8". This significantly increases shear strength compared to the small factory locating pin. It also allows compatibility with trucks that have previously used other kits that required the frame hole to be drilled and self-tapped for a 3/8" bolt. There’s currently nothing else on the market designed like this for these trucks, and it offers a more solid and positive alignment solution than traditional aftermarket cam kits. Each kit comes complete with plates, washers, bolts, and hardware needed for installation. Designed to fit: 2015+ Chevy Colorado 2015+ GMC Canyon 2011+ Silverado 2500HD/3500HD/4500HD 2011+ Sierra 2500HD/3500HD/4500HD Whether the truck is lowered, lifted, street driven, raced, rock crawled, or used off-road, this kit provides a stronger, more reliable alignment solution than the factory setup or any traditional aftermarket cam style kit currently on the market.
