JP2 (Print)

Designed for the 100th birthday anniversary of Saint John Paul 2, I am reminded of the great saint's invitation for all people; "With our gaze fixed on Christ, strengthened by hope that does not disappoint, let us journey together along the paths of the new millennium: 'Rise, let us be on our way!' (cf. Mark 14:42)". These matte, museum-quality posters are printed on durable, archival paper. Available in 8"x10" and 16"x20". How to Flatten Rolled Prints for Framing The prints come rolled in a cardboard tube. Before framing, follow these steps to achieve a smooth, frame-ready print: Unroll the Print Gently: Carefully unroll the print on a clean, flat surface. Avoid using too much force to prevent creases or damage. Weigh Down the Corners: Place small, heavy objects like books or paperweights on each corner of the print. Ensure the weights do not damage the print by covering them with a soft cloth or tissue paper. Use Archival Tissue: For added protection, place a sheet of archival tissue paper over the print before applying weights. This helps to prevent any potential damage or marks. Leave it to Flatten: Allow the print to sit under the weights for at least 24 to 48 hours. The longer you leave it, the flatter it will become. Final Touches: Once the print is flat, handle it carefully when removing the weights. If it’s not completely flat, repeat the process. By following these steps, you can ensure your rolled prints are perfectly flat and ready for framing, preserving their quality and appearance.
