JOOLA Perseus Pro V Pickleball Paddle 16mm

JOOLA PERSUES PRO V 16MM   Unlock JOOLA’s most popular paddle shape with the Perseus Pro V. Rounded corners at the top of the paddle, paired with an elongated profile, keep the sweet spot centered while extending your reach, allowing you to cover deep or sharply angled volleys at the non-volley zone and keep the ball in play without taking an extra step. JOOLA’s patent-pending KineticFrame is integrated into the paddle’s throat, creating a slimmer frame that flexes to store momentum and release it on impact, improving ball placement. Perseus Pro V is ideal for aggressive players who crave consistency during fast-paced rallies. That's why it's the paddle of choice for Ben Johns. His signature paddle features a Blaze Red design and is available with a 16mm-thick core (8.1oz) or 14mm-thick core (7.9oz). With Pro V, Simone Jardim adds her signature to the trusted Perseus shape, too. Her paddle features a Breeze Blue design and is available with a 16mm-thick core but a narrower 4.125in grip that's a great option for players with smaller hands.   PRODUCT SPECIFICATION Surface: Textured Carbon Fiber Core: 16mm UPA-A certified: Yes USAP certified: Yes Warranty: 12mo (registration required) Class: Elongated Paddle Length: 16.5in Paddle Width: 7.5in Grip Type: Feel-Tec Grip Length: 5.5in Grip Circumference*: 4.250in/4.125in   PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY KineticFrame Inspired by kick-point engineering in hockey sticks and golf clubs, the KineticFrame is built to flex and recover during impact. Propulsion Core Patented propulsion core adds controlled flex to the paddle’s interior, creating a responsive, spring-like effect. The result is easier access to power on drives, counters, and quick speed-ups, so you can hit harder without having to swing harder. Hyperfoam Edge Wall A foam injection that adds stability around the edges of the paddle, giving you a larger sweet spot and more forgiveness on off-center hits. The result is steadier shots and more consistent performance across the entire face. Shape Class: Elongated A longer, narrower paddle shape (usually 16.5–17" long x 7.5" wide) designed to increase reach, leverage, and power potential. The added length helps with drives, spin, and covering more court, but typically reduces forgiveness due to a smaller sweet spot.  Shape: Perseus Rounded corners at the top of the paddle, paired with an elongated profile, keep the sweet spot centered while extending your reach. This allows you to cover deep or sharply angled volleys at the non-volley zone and keep the ball in play without taking an extra step. "The type of speed-ups I hit, I often hit the ball towards the end of the paddle, and that provides a good feeling where I can get a lot of torque on the ball, a lot of spin, without adding too much power." Ben Johns Signature Pro In the Box Overgrip Refresh your paddle grip by wrapping grip tape over the original handle, adding a tacky, moisture-absorbing feel for a secure, confident hold.
