Live At The Ryman CD

Jonny Lang - Live at the Ryman is a compelling glimpse of a young guitarist at the height of his creative powers, but one who is still open to exploring the depth and range of his blues music and its relationship to R&B, soul, rock, gospel, funk and so many other emotionally riveting genres.  Live at the Ryman is Jonny's first live recording and will certainly not disappoint new and old fans.  Live at the Ryman captures the famed modern blues guitarist/vocalist in an electrifying performance at the famed Ryman Theatre in Nashville, TN.  This is Lang in his natural element - onstage in front of an electrified audience, celebrating the past and heralding the future of the blues.  The album features 12 tracks from his previous studio albums that are pumped up to an unprecedented level of intensity. This release is an absolute ‘must' for fans of modern blues, classic blues and all guitar enthusiasts. - EMI CD Details Release Date: August 11, 2009 Record Label: Concord Records UPC: 888072320079 Number of Discs: 1 Listen Before You Buy
