Jones Storm Chaser Splitboard

The Jones Storm Chaser Splitboard is designed to be the board you grab every single time the snow starts to stack up. With a short, fat design paired with a set back stance and swallow tail, there isn't a thing as too deep for this split. Take it out on a hard pack day and you'll be surprised how fun this thing is to lay over into a huge carve. The Storm Chaser features a wider waist than most boards and extreme taper, allowing riders to swivel the tail to avoid obstacles in an instance. With boltless brides and control split core, riders get a playful flex that isn't too soft for carving at faster speeds. This splitboard is part of the Chris Christenson surf series from Jones. The Christenson Surf Rocker provides ultimate float, whether stepping on the gas pedal or leaning back to get through that snorkel deep powder--truly a unique shape. No need for the 3D contoured base with the surf rocket and tapered sidecut. This board is easy to maneuver and begs riders to lay down deeper carves. Feature-rich, this Jones Storm Chaser is the perfect powder board for those searching for the next deck in the quiver. This year's model features the Control Split Core versus the Bamboo surf core for better durability and forever flex. Make sure to pair this board with the Nomad Pro "I" skins for the best skin compatibility.
