Jones Mind Expander Splitboard

There's nothing like surfing, especially when surfing 1000'+ runs of pure backcountry bliss. The key is having the right tool. The Jones Mind Expander splitboard is designed specifically for getting backcountry barrels. This Chris Christenson surf shape is the ultimate blunt nose directional splitboard with a tapered tail allowing riders to be nimble as they weave and float effortlessly through the terrain. We love the Mind Expander splitboard for surfing on top of deep powder, fun tree runs, and finding pillow lines. The 3D contoured base lets you stand up confidently on pow and gather speed, yet stay in complete control. The wide rockered spoon tip, setback stance and tapered tail keep you on the backfoot all the time--even when stomping airs and drops. Get the best quality splitboard tech with Jones. Tail notches let you quickly and easily attach skins. Karakoram Ultraclips keep the board together allowing you to easily lock on bindings. The Inner/Outer traction keeps the board from shifting during your downhill and gives you better traction on ice when skinning or riding. The shorter sidecut and increased volume of the board underfoot make slow speed slashing mean overhead powder clouds.
