JOBY Wavo Mobile On-Camera Microphone

Created for mobile content creators who use cameras or compatible smartphones, the JOBY Wavo Mobile Microphone is designed to give you great sound quality on the go. This is a camera-mounted mic that plugs right into your compatible device, so you can get great audio in your videos. Plug it into your compatible smartphone, or use the included TRS cable for DSLR cameras and more. The mic focuses the audio capture on what's directly in front of the capsule thanks to its cardioid polar pattern. It comes with a high-quality shockmount from Rycote, which prevents the mic from picking up extraneous vibration noise as well as a high-quality windsock to keep unwanted elements at bay. Perfect for Mobile Video With its simple plug-and-play form factor, the mic is perfectly suited for mobile video recording. Handy Includes Rycote makes some of the best mic accessories in the business, and two Rycote products are on hand here: a shockmount and a furry windsock. Additionally, the handy TRRS to TRS cable means you can use the mic not only with DSL and videos cameras, but with compatible smartphones as well. When you're done, store everything in the included carrying bag. Directional Pickup for a Better Sound The highly directional cardioid polar pattern will help tamp down unwanted room noise and ambience. Easy to Use The mic offers no controls and operates in the analog domain. This makes operation a breeze: simply plug it in and play. There's no software to install to make it compatible with your phone.
