Job Site Observations | 20 Week / Semester | Digital in Google Sheets

Out on the job site or community-based instruction (CBI) site, we’re often on the go and need an easy way to observe students and record our data. This Job Site Rubric helps you do just that! The Job Site Observation Form helps you capture observations across a list of tasks that a student completes at a job site each week across a quarter or for 20 weeks. How to use in your work: You can collect and save data digitally and with ease by using the Google Sheets pages. Make copies for each student sand save them in a special “Job Site Observation” folder to easily reference later when looking at progress. Helps you get a quick glimpse when preparing for additional instruction, meetings with students, and IEP annual meetings.
