TimMee Plastic Army Men Red White & Blue 72pc Soldier Figures - Made in USA

After 50 years of backyard battles, an American Classic is getting patriotic colors. This pack of 72 Tim Mee Toy Plastic Army Men is proudly manufactured in the United States, and includes 24 red, 24 white, and 24 blue troops for maximum play value. There's about 12 different figures and all your old favorites are here, including minesweeper, bazookaman, radio operator, 60mm mortar, light MGner, kneeling rifleman, flame thrower, crawling rifleman, prone rifleman, bayonet fighter, and officer with binoculars. Figures stand up to 2.1 inches tall and are approximately 1:35 scale. Made from slightly flexible LDPE plastic with medium detail, and just a little flashing. Originally produced by Processed Plastic Co. (Tim Mee Toy's parent company at the time) around 1968, these figures were probably the first to depict US Infantry troops of the Cold War era with contemporary equipment. These are real plastic heroes, meant to be set up, knocked down, picked up and played with for years to come. Little Green Army Men have even been inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame. Packed in clear bag with header card and recommended for ages 5 and up.
