JL Audio C6-650cw : 6.5" Component Woofer, 75W RMS

C6-Series 6.5-Inch 75-Watt Single Component Door Woofer. Born from the same DNA as the JL Audio flagship C7 speakers, the C6 series component drivers let you team premium, pure silk dome tweeters with highly linear woofers to create a loudspeaker system of exceptional refinement, precision and dynamic capability. Pairing full-frame 6.5-inch or 2.75-inch woofers with 1-inch silk dome tweeters, the C6 series drivers offer advanced sound technology for an exceptional car audio listening experience. Passive crossover networks are not included with the C6 drivers, as they are designed for active systems. Proprietary motor, suspension and cone modeling systems are employed, resulting in reduced distortion, improved transient performance and stellar sound quality. The woofer’s center cap is designed to optimize its high-frequency response for seamless tweeter transition. A high-quality tuning Digital Signal Processor (DSP) — such as the TwK® DSP or a VXi amplifier with built-in DSP — is recommended. Using individual amplifier channels for each C6 speaker enables the system designer to achieve precise setup of equalization, delay and crossover filters for optimal in-vehicle performance. Sold as a single speaker.
