Jigging World Flutter Spoons

Great for striped bass fishing, the flash it gives off when in the water will aggravate the bass and they seem to want to strike it because it irritates them, get ready for a good fight!  HOW TO USE:  “All you need to do is drop down this Jigging Flutter Spoon to the bottom and then take one crank off the bottom. Swing your rod upwards and let the spoon do its job dropping back down while fluttering, but make sure to lower your rod as the spoon drops as well. You do not want your line too tight as that'll restrict the spoon from fluttering down. Repeat this until you get a strike and always be prepared to get bit both on the fall and while you swing your rod upwards.” - JW
