ASA Jiffyhood: Lightweight IFR Training Hood for Glasses

ASA developed its Jiffyhood to provide users with a comfortable, easy-to-use view-limiting device for all their simulated instrument needs. Unlike foggles, the Jiffyhood is easy to use over eyeglasses and can be quickly & easily removed to simulate "breaking out" on an IFR approach. The light gray plastic is both lightweight and durable, and the black strap can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of head sizes. Whether you're pursuing an instrument rating or just want to brush up on your IFR scan, the Jiffyhood is an excellent, affordably priced item for your flight bag.
