JHS 3 Series Ring Modulator

JHS 3 Series Ring Modulator The JHS 3 Series Ring Modulator: A Gateway to Metallic Texture and Harmonic Chaos Versatile Ring Modulation Sounds The JHS 3 Series Ring Modulator takes one of the most adventurous effects in guitar history and makes it remarkably approachable. From subtle harmonic enhancement to sputtering robotic textures and clangorous synth-like tones, this pedal delivers an enormous range of sounds with an intuitive control layout that encourages experimentation without overwhelming the player. Whether you're looking for gentle movement beneath a clean lead or full blown sci fi destruction, the 3 Series Ring Modulator has the range to get there quickly. Dual Mode Analog Inspired Character Two distinct modulation modes dramatically expand this unit's sonic territory. Earworm mode delivers animated ring modulation inspired by classic vintage style circuits, adding wobble and movement through an auxiliary LFO for shifting, alive textures that never feel static. Green Lantern mode introduces octave flavored harmonic complexity inspired by vintage wave rectifier designs, creating everything from subtle upper harmonic bloom to aggressive octave infused chaos when paired with gain pedals or a driven amplifier. Simple Controls with Massive Range The straightforward three knob interface keeps things immediate and musical. Blend allows you to dial in the perfect balance between your dry signal and effected tone, making the pedal equally useful for experimental ambience or practical live applications. Frequency controls the speed and intensity of the modulation, moving from slow pulsing sweeps to piercing bell like metallic textures. Tweak interacts differently depending on the selected mode, unlocking everything from shifting modulation movement to controllable octave layering.
