JessEm Box Joint Jig for Router Tables

Cut Clean, Accurate Box Joints on Your Router Table The JessEm Box Joint Jig for Router Tables gives woodworkers a smooth, precise, and repeatable way to cut strong, great-looking box joints without the frustration of complicated setups. Whether you’re building drawers, boxes, shop projects, cabinet parts, or decorative joinery, this jig helps deliver clean-fitting fingers with the accuracy your work deserves. Designed to work with router tables that have a standard miter track, the jig rides on four high-quality R4 bearings for smooth, controlled travel across the table. That steady motion helps keep each cut consistent, so your joinery fits tighter, looks cleaner, and requires less fussing at assembly. Three Common Box Joint Sizes Included The jig includes three aluminum indexing keys in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" sizes, giving you the flexibility to match your box joint layout to your project. From small decorative boxes to larger drawer and casework parts, you can quickly choose the right setup for the look and strength you want. Stable Support with Baltic Birch Fences Three matching Baltic birch fences are included to provide solid workpiece support and accurate alignment while cutting. The fence system helps keep your material controlled throughout the cut, making it easier to produce crisp, repeatable results from one joint to the next. Smooth Travel, Easy Adjustments, Better Results With 4-1/4" of travel and full access to your router lift, the JessEm Box Joint Jig lets you raise, lower, and lock your router bit in place without removing your router plate. That means less downtime during setup and more control when dialing in the perfect fit. Built-In Safety and Clamping Compatibility An adjustable bit guard helps improve safety and workpiece control during use. The jig also features a custom dovetail slot compatible with the MicroJig MatchFit Clamping System, giving you more options for securing material and improving repeatability. Shop-Friendly Storage When the job is done, the wall-mountable design makes it easy to hang the jig out of the way while keeping it close at hand for the next project.
