JessEm 6-Pc. Saddle Square Set

Stainless Steel Saddle Squares — Beautiful and Accurate! The Timeless Utility of Saddle Squares  Saddle squares have been essential layout tools since the days of ancient Egypt. Unlike standard measuring tools that only mark a single surface, saddle squares solve a critical challenge: transferring precise markings across corners onto adjoining surfaces.  The result? Perfectly aligned lines every time—no guesswork, no misalignment.  What Makes Saddle Squares Essential?  Saddle squares are designed to straddle 90° corners, ensuring their edges align seamlessly from one side to the next. With a simple motion, you can mark two mating surfaces accurately. This eliminates errors and enhances precision, making them indispensable for both novice and experienced woodworkers.  This JessEm set includes saddle squares for straight 90° cuts, 45° miters, as well as the four most common dovetail angles: the 1:6, 1:7, 1:8 and 14° sizes. Made of solid steel and precision laser cut, they’ll give you accuracy and repeatability for years to come. Plus, they include an anti-skid surface on the back, so they’ll stay put while you’re drawing your lines. Crafted from 301 Full Hard Stainless Steel for unparalleled strength and durability. Laser-engraved markings ensure long-lasting accuracy that won't fade over time. Patented Flex Grip technology provides a secure, slip-free hold for precise marking. Each Flex Tab adapts to various surfaces, guaranteeing stability during use. The Dovetail Combo Set includes essential angles (1:6, 1:7, 1:8), along with 90-degree, 45-degree and 14-degree options for versatile woodworking applications.
