Je Joue Ami Balls Kegel Weight Set

Info Details Tips Our favorite choice for your pelvic health! The Je Joue Ami Balls Kegel Weight Set is our best choice for kegel weights for beginners.  If you have been recommended pelvic floor exercises, or kegels, by a doctor, this comfortable, silicone-coated 3 piece set is the perfect place to start. Kegel weights can also benefit your pleasure and sex life by increasing the control you have over the muscles in your pelvic floor (those muscles are often called kegel muscles). This can contribute to more pleasurable orgasmic release.   Materials: Silicone, ABS plastic removal cord Dimensions: Ball 1: 1.4” x 1.42” and weighs 1.65oz Ball 2: 1.26” x 3.15” and weighs 2.75oz Ball 3: 1.1” x 2.76” and weighs 3.73oz Sex Educator Tip: We recommend wearing each bead for 1-2 hours, 3 times a week, for 2-3 weeks. While it’s safe to wear longer, too long wear can cause hypertension, having the reverse desired effect. How do I use these? Start with the largest (in size) which is also the lightest (in weight) and work your way up to the narrowest and heaviest. Kegel exercises for women are a two-part action: you must both contract and relax your muscles to do it correctly. Who are these for? As a set, these are slightly girthier than most other sets on the market.  As such, they are great for pregnant and older bodies, and folx who need to work on their pelvic floor strength even more. That said, they will work for everyone! Contrary to what we might assume, a larger and lighter piece is going to be a better place for starting out than a smaller piece.
