The finished blend combines barrels that are six-, seven-, and eight-years old, and is bottled at 92 proof. With intention and attitude, it defies the typical notion that rye is just about spice. Drink like a New Yorker and enjoy a Manhattan. A honeyed nose with hints of ripe apricot and peach leads to underlying tropical notes on the palate, including floral sugars, caramelized mango, and pineapple.
