Jasper House Plan

Enjoy the simple, quiet beauty of Jasper from the column-lined wraparound porch announcing a double front door set off by a sunburst transom window. Asymmetrical gables blending the home's exterior angles accent arch-top windows and dormers. A standing-seam metal roof tops the entry while horizontal siding complements angled pediments. Inside of the Jasper plan, the uniquely designed open kitchen, nook and leisure room create a massive living space with built-ins, fireplace and a coffered ceiling. The master suite features a private deck, walk-in closets and a sitting area. Two guest bedrooms share a bath and built-in computer desk. The two-story formal living and dining room areas featuring specialty ceilings open the flowing stairwell in the hall entry to columns and arches. Built-in cabinetry frames the fireplace fashioned to an interior angled wall, which warms the open atmosphere of the interwoven leisure room and nook. Also on the lower level, a study, powder room, and an angled utility room take form. An adjacent space-saving kitchen in the Jasper plan provides a food-preparation island in its U-shaped design. The kitchen opens up to the breakfast nook and leisure room with the coffered ceilings poviding elegance to the room. The fireplace warms the entire area including the kitchen and nook. Designed on a unique line, the Jasper plan boasts an expansive upstairs master suite features a morning kitchen and sitting room that unfolds onto a private deck. Two additional bedrooms share a shapely bath with private vanity spaces. The Jasper floor plan has 3139 square feet of living area and three bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a powder bath. The foundation is a crawlspace. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you? Then please visit Sater Group, Inc. and learn how we can design the home of your dreams.
