Nature's Grace Mala - Jasper & Amethyst

In meditation, call to mind an image of yourself sitting below a large beautiful tree full of vibrant glowing green leaves, the trunk of the tree is massive and its roots run deep beneath the surface. The sun is warm upon your face as a gentle breeze floats by. The wind rises into the leaves above creating a harmonic song; at last, your mind has found peace from the long day. An expression is a way of hearing yourself, while listening is a gift for understanding. There is much to be learned sitting quietly, breathing, listening to nature's grace.
